Established in 1979

Founded in Calgary in 1979, Legacy Recognition began as a small atelier dedicated to precision craftsmanship and meaningful design. From its earliest commissions, the company earned a reputation for excellence—creating finely engineered jewellery and bespoke objects that celebrated achievement and individuality. What started on the Canadian prairies as a workshop of artisans and engineers has evolved into a house of enduring refinement, now headquartered in Montréal. Guided by the same values that defined its inception—integrity, mastery, and purpose—Legacy Recognition continues to craft pieces that transcend time, honour tradition, and embody the quiet strength of true luxury.

craftsmanship

At Legacy Recognition, craftsmanship is both heritage and discipline—a devotion to excellence honed over decades at the jeweller’s bench.

Our atelier blends the precision of traditional goldsmithing with the innovation of contemporary engineering. We believe that true craftsmanship is not a gesture, but a pursuit—an unrelenting commitment to integrity and refinement in every detail.

Our artisans work not to produce, but to perfect—to create works that carry permanence, meaning, and mastery.

Design philosophy

Every creation at Legacy Recognition begins with the individual. We design not simply to adorn, but to articulate identity—to translate achievement, vision, and purpose into form. Each commission is a collaboration, where ideas evolve through conversation, sketches become story, and metal becomes meaning.

Our clients are visionaries, innovators, and leaders who understand that the objects they choose are extensions of their values. We listen deeply to who they are, what they’ve built, and what they wish to leave behind.

Design, for us, is an act of recognition. We create pieces that do more than mark a moment—they honour the people who make it possible.
